Welcome to IQI Drive

Hi. This IQI Drive will be used to share project related documents such as brochures and sales charts. You should maintain the privacy of this IQI Drive and not divulge your user name and password to unauthorised users.

QUICK, GET ME STARTED!

The basic details you will need for accessing IQI Drive are as follows:

URL (from web browser): https://iqidrive.iqiglobal.com/iqidrive
URL (from WebDAV Client): https://iqidrive.iqiglobal.com/iqidrive/remote.php/webdav/
Username: [your username]
Password: [your password]

The system uses a technology called WebDAV which allows you to browse the content as folders from almost any internet connected device.

DESKTOP/LAPTOP

Using any web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome, enter the URL, username and password as above. You can now proceed to browse the shared folder for all project related documentation.

ANDROID

You can access IQI Drive using the web browser on your phone by going to the URL above and logging in with your username and password. A better way is to use a dedicated app:

Using Nextcloud client

1. Install the free app “Nextcloud” (click here)
2. Once installed, launch the app and tap "Login".
3. Insert IQI Drive URL "https://iqidrive.iqiglobal.com/iqidrive".
4. Tap on Right Arrow icon.
5. Then tap on Log in.
6. Insert Username and Password that has been given to you and then tap Log in.
7. For first timer, you need to tap on Grant access.
8. You should now able to Log in.

Using WebDAV Navigator

1. Install the free app “WebDAV Navigator” (click here)
2. Press the Menu button and choose "Settings".
3. Scroll down and ensure the option "Trust all certificates" is checked.
4. Click back.
5. Press the Menu button then select "Add Server"
6. Enter the details above. For “Name” use "IQI Drive"
7. Click Save and then select the newly created item. The app will now login and sync with IQI Drive.

It is possible to save all the files on an Android phone even if you do not have a data or WiFi connection. To do this, long press on a folder (e.g. a particular project or even the root "projects-lite") and then select "download". The program will now download all the files and save them on your phone. You can access them later by clicking on the "browse local" icon (an arrow pointing to an icon of a disk).

iOS

Using Nextcloud client

1. Install the free app “Nextcloud” (click here)
2. Once installed, launch the app and tap"Login".
3. Insert IQI Drive URL "https://iqidrive.iqiglobal.com/iqidrive".
4. Tap on Right Arrow icon.
5. Then tap on Log in.
6. Insert Username and Password that has been given to you and then tap Log in.
7. For first timer, you need to tap on Grant access.
8. You should now able to Log in.

Using WebDAV Navigator

1. Install the free app “WebDAV Navigator” (click here)
2. Click on “+” icon near the top right of the app
3. Enter the details above. For “Name” use "IQI Drive"
4. Click Save and then select the newly created item. The app will now login and sync with IQI Drive.
